In Norton Commander, as well as in Windows Explorer it’s always been the norm that folders go first, then files. On Mac, it used to be different: files and folders were always mixed together based on the selected sort order.<\/p>\n

A few years ago, Apple finally gave in and added a proper sorting option to Finder: folders now appear first, files below.<\/p>\n

In Norton Commander, as well as in Windows Explorer, and even in Finder, you’ve always been able to select a file in a list just by typing its name. I’m always surprised when people scroll through giant file lists looking with their eyes, instead of just typing a couple of letters.<\/p>\n

So imagine you open a folder in Finder, and in it you have:

\nindex.php<\/tt><\/p>\n

You press the “i” key. Obviously, the highlight should jump to the images\/<\/tt> folder. But in reality, it jumps to index.php<\/tt>. Because even though Finder visually sorts folders to the top, deep down it still believes that index.php<\/tt> comes before images<\/tt>.<\/p>\n

Файл, имя которого я вывел в заголовок, выводил меня из себя несколько месяцев. Не помню точно как и почему он появился у меня в корзине моего Макбука, но удалить его окончательно было невозможно. Стоило очистить корзину, как он появлялся сам собой через некоторое время.<\/p>\n

Возможно это странно, но я терпеть не могу, когда в корзине у меня что-то есть. Если я это вижу, рука так и тянется её очистить. Возможно это одно из проявлений моего ОКР<\/a>.<\/p>\n

В общем, я никак не мог избавиться от этого файла, а интернет молчал. Мне удалось найти пару сообщений о том, что проблема проявляется не только у меня, но лекарства нигде не было.<\/p>\n

В итоге, вчера я решил проблему. Догадался совершенно случайно — я возился с настройками «АйКлауда» (это эпловское облачное хранилище), случайно перешёл оттуда во встроенное приложение «Фото», которым я не пользуюсь, и увидел, что оно не может найти свою базу изображений.<\/p>\n

Тут картинка сложилась.«Медиатека Фото.photoslibrary», видимо, и есть эта искомая база. Похоже я когда-то её удалил в корзину, в системе осталась какая-то связь между удалённым файлом и тем фактом, что я перенёс файл в корзину и систему заглючило. То есть приложение «Фото», работая в фоне, каждый раз пытается создать свою базу, из-за этой связи создаёт его в корзине, а потом прихожу я и удаляю его из корзины.<\/p>\n

Купил себе новый «Макбук». Старый-то у меня ещё на Интеле, очень хотелось прочувствовать всю мощь собственных процессоров Эпла.<\/p>\n

Тем более многие ребята гоняют у себя всякие открытые языковые сетки, мне тоже хочется. Прежний ноут, мягко говоря, такого бы не потянул — с учётом, что у меня обычно открыто два-три редактора кода, уже и браузеру-то памяти еле хватало.<\/p>\n

Поскольку ноут я брал в Эмиратах, поздно понял, что русской клавиатуры не будет. Правда в момент, когда покупка ко мне ехала, я не был уверен на 100% — проблема это или нет. Хоть и печатаю вслепую, всё равно с привычными рисунками как-то спокойнее.<\/p>\n

Как, в общем-то, и ожидалось — не проблема, главное не посмотреть случайно на клавиатуру, а жать не задумываясь.<\/p>\n

В очередной раз порадовался тому как сделан в макоси переезд — после того как ассистент миграции отработал, у меня остались на своих местах даже открытые вкладки браузера и несохранённые файлы в редакторах. Почему в Винде не так?<\/p>\n

Блин, засада, система пишет, что аккумулятору на «Макбуке» рекомендуется обслуживание. Не скажу, что ничего не предвещало — всё-таки пять лет ноутбуку и я всё чаще стал бегать к зарядке. Интересно как вообще дело обстоит с запчастями для техники «Эпл»? Есть ли надежда найти оригинальный или уж брать Китай?<\/p>\n
